Payment

The Wiper Store accepts payment via credit card or debit card. We accept all major credit/debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Jamak Fabrication USA, LTD (Jamak) have cleared in full.

Order Notes

Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. Jamak monitors prices on a daily basis.

Jamak will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Jamak reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Delivery

You will receive your order in 7-10 days.

At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.

Order Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your order.

The TripledgeSilicon wiper blade comes with a guarantee against cracking, rotting, tearing out or wearing out, for as long as you own your car. The guarantee is available to original purchasing individuals only, who complete the guarantee registration within 30 days of purchase. To activate your guarantee, complete and submit the Product Registration form at the link below or complete and return the warranty card shipped with your product. To request a replacement for your Tripledge wipers, please call our customer service department at 1-800-517-7600, and they will be pleased to assist you. Tripledge replacements under the terms of our guarantee are free; however,shipping and handling charges will apply. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
